This spacious retreat features separate areas including a dedicated butler's kitchen and a second living area that opens up to a large outdoor entertaining space. With two full-size bathrooms and two service bathrooms, convenience is at your fingertips. Enjoy easy access with a private entrance and double garage, all while being just a short walk from award-winning restaurants and bars as well as the stunning Broadwater. Sprawling home over 4 levels with 2 living areas to relax and escape. Only a short walk to award winning restaurants and cafes in a quiet street with no through traffic. A truly relaxing location and fabulous area.
