We were very pleased with this property especially since it was pet friendly with an enclosed yard. Matthew (the host) is in the process of upgrading so some items were not completed but still doable. The bathroom sink is a little on the small side and most of the kitchen cabinets were missing handles. Walking to the beach was easy and there was a private beach area that locals can use. We will definitely use this property on our next trip to Lake Tahoe!
