The home flows onto a covered outdoor entertaining area with seating for eight people.

Kitchen.
The sleek, designer kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a double wine fridge, stone benchtops and a concealed fridge.

Rooms.
The master bedroom is located on the lower level and opens directly onto the pool area. This room features a king bed and open plan ensuite. Also on this level, at the rear of the property, is a second bedroom with a split king bed, which can be configured as two singles if required and also features an ensuite.

At the entry level, there are two additional bedrooms. One overlooks the main living and dining space and includes a queen bed. The second bedroom on this level also has a queen bed and features both an ensuite and a walk-in robe.

The main living and dining area is positioned on the middle level, accessed via five stairs down from the entrance. The lower level, where the pool is located, is a further 16 stairs down from the living space.

Pool.
This apartment has a private plunge pool with ocean views.

Location.
Located on the tranquil northern end of the island, it is just a short buggy ride to all of the island's key attractions.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
