Our four-bedroom home nestled in the heart of Mansfield is the ideal base for your next family and friends get away. Only 10 minute's walk to the town center for cafes, pubs and restaurants. We are located directly opposite the Mansfield Golf Course for easy access on tournament days and golf weekends. Mansfield is a 45min drive to the base of Mt Buller with the Mansfield Mt Buller Bus Line just around the corner. Alternatively, Lake Eildon is 20 minutes away for the boating and fishing enthusiasts.

Bedroom Set Up:
- Master Bedroom with a King Bed, split system, walk in robe and ensuite.
- Queen Bedroom with built in robe.
- Tri Bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Single Bunk Bed and built in robe.
- Bunk Bedroom with 4x King Single Bunk Beds and built in robe.

Linen and Towels provided at the beginning of your stay.
1x bassinet and highchair available, found in the walk-in robe of the master bedroom. Bassinet mattress protector and sheets provided, please bring your own blankets/pillows.

Large kitchen and dining/lounge area for entertaining the kids, with a separate lounge for the adults equip with pool table and 65” TV with PS4. Three reverse cycle split systems for heating/cooling to keep you comfortable all year round. Please note; the fire place in not functional.

Carport and driveway for off street parking, as well as free street parking.

Strictly no smoking in the house. Smoking must be outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts in the bin and not in the garden. Thank you.

This property is situated in a quiet family street so parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Please be considerate of our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
