This cute first floor condominium has a great community pool and outside shower, private screened porch, 2 bedrooms including one ensuite, an open living area, parking for two cars and just 2 miles from the Beach! Close to outlet shopping in quiet setting if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Rehoboth Beach.

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
