This elegantly curated abode offers three spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans and accommodates up to seven guests. The master and second bedrooms are located upstairs and both boast a Queen bed and ceiling fan, the main also has a TV with built in DVD player. The third bedroom is located downstairs, it has a Queen bed and King Single bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.

The eye-catching open plan living area upstairs is designed with relaxation in mind, featuring a big screen Smart TV, a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, and a bounty of games and a timber fireplace (timber not provided). The main kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and complete cooking appliances plus a K-Fee coffee pod machine.

Downstairs you will find the second living area with a wall mounted TV, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, collection of books, small dining area and kitchenette featuring a freestanding stove, sink, microwave, and family size fridge / freezer – excellent for all the extra food and drinks.

Soul of the Bay also shines with its impressive outdoor entertainment options. The expansive front balcony offers street views of the surroundings, complete with outdoor dining furniture. The back yard boasts a tantalizing spa for up to five people, peaceful garden outlook and a gas BBQ. For your convenience, Salamander Bay Square is also located a quick 7-minute drive away where all the major shopping facilities are on offer.

With off street driveway and grass parking to accommodate up to five cars, travelling light or heavy is never an issue, the owner also provides a port-a-cot and highchair for your convenience.
