This space is perfect for small families and couples wanting to get away and enjoy the mountains. The condo consists of an open-plan living area with a queen bed and kitchen with a separate master queen bedroom with ensuite.
The open living and bed area feels spacious as well as open and airy and features large bay windows. In the summer months (roughly June – August) there is a portable AC unit to keep our guests cool and comfortable during those hot summer days.
Both beds have been fitted with quality hotel-grade linens for a comfortable night's sleep. Guests are provided towel sets and each bathroom has been set with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.
The full-size kitchen has full-size appliances to match. You will also find a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, bakeware, and cooking vessels so you can easily cook the family dinner and have all the comforts of home. We have also provided some pantry items like salt, pepper, and olive oil as well as complimentary tea and coffee.
The unit does not have a large dining space for 4 guests, however, there is a small table with 2 chairs, along with 2 bar stools along the kitchen bar.
The first bathroom is just on the right as you enter the condo and is complete with a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The second bathroom can be accessed from the primary queen room and consists of a bathtub/shower combo allowing for a nice private soak after a day of activities in Fernie.
The condo provides great natural light as the morning sun blasts through the large bay windows. There is a small car park outside the windows, but you will hardly notice when you gaze up towards the horizon. Enjoy mountain views as you relax on the private balcony in the warm summer evenings. Numerous fans have been set up around the property to help circulate the cool air to help keep our guests cool in the summer months.
Also included in this condo is paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, tea, coffee, and bathroom amenities. If there is anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and is not mentioned above, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can assist further.
There are multiple communal hot tubs, with one located just down the hallway from the condo and is perfect to rest tired bodies after an action-packed day. All other hot tubs are just a moment's walk away offering different views of the mountain. You can also gain access to the saunas, in the neighbouring building and two games rooms throughout the complex.
**Bike Storage-The complex does not have secured biking storage, however there are numerous bike racks located conveniently in front of building entrances. Unfortunately, our strata do not permit bikes inside the units. For more questions and information on bike storage, please send us a message.**
Our unit is on the first floor of the building, up just one flight of stairs. Please note there is no elevator in this building.

What a spectacular view. My family and I were so happy and comfortable. The condo was incredibly comfortable and the fireplace was wonderful after a cold hike up Fairy Creek. Loved Everything about our stay . The check in was flawless. Thank you we will be back.
Really nice location to the ski resort! We just came up for a quick float down the river and a late night in town, but really liked the location and look forward to trying to stay here during the ski season

Everything was great except for location regarding ski in ski out factor. This was misleading and I still needed to pay for a locker up on the ski hill.
This worked out beautifully for my daughter and myself. It was quiet and comfortable. Beautiful area, away from populated areas, yet close to shopping and restaurants.
