Hunter Valley Stays is proud to present Villa Toscana, an grand two-story, Tuscan-inspired vineyard estate designed to host up to 16 guests in style. With 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this stunning property is ideal for families and friends wishing to experience “dolce vita” when staying at this truly unique estate for their next holiday, celebration or milestone gathering.

Set on 25 glorious acres, Villa Toscana exudes all the rustic charm and distinguishable features of an authentic Tuscan villa, including mosaic floors, a travertine bath, arched terraces, sun-baked style stucco, warm stone colours, curves, and matte finishes. Interior elements such as the wood fire, picture windows, wine cellar, and wrought iron and Juliet balconies all add to the ambience and experience of your stay. 

The Villa's signature pool, set against the stunning backdrop of the estate's award-winning vineyard and framed by the picturesque views of the Brokenback Mountain range will have you have you grabbing your towel and diving right in! The surrounding gardens, gravel pathways and outdoor living spaces beckon you to enjoy them day and night.

The upper floor of Villa Toscana features a charming cucina (kitchen) with breakfast tables that offer breathtaking views over the estate. A cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a large, shaded terrace provide the perfect spaces to relax and soak in the magical surroundings. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms complete the guest accommodations on this level.

Descending one of the two elegant, curved travertine-tiled staircases, guests are welcomed into the custom cellar room, which flows into a stunning dining space. Here, wrought iron chandeliers illuminate a grand timber table seating up to 20 guests, framed by picturesque garden views — an idyllic setting for unforgettable, private chef catered long lunches and celebratory toasts. Alfresco doors open onto the pool terrace, expansive gardens, and the enchanting Italian "column" garden walk. The ground floor also boasts two additional bathrooms, four classically designed bedrooms, a guest laundry, and a dedicated dressing room. 

Located in Pokolbin, you and your guests will have the best the Hunter has on offer only moments from the Villa as well as the convenience of Cessnock’s high street only a few minutes’ drive away. Villa Toscana is perfectly positioned close to wine and hospitality of Saddlers Creek, Kelman Estate, Iron Gate, Hunters Quarter, Tullochs, Mount Pleasant, McLeish Estate, Usher Tinkler’s Salumi, Gundog Cellar and Gourmet Pantry, Elbourne Wines, Ben Ean and many more.

Please note:  Villa Toscana is a private home and caters to 16 guests only. Any activities onsite beyond your accommodation booking for up to 16 guests are not permitted. As such, any functions, micro weddings, pre or post wedding functions or larger gatherings are strictly via request only and do require an approved “venue booking” and contract with management which will incur additional charges. This contract will all detail any require security needs, increase in bonds and conditions will apply.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 16 guests (adults or children) $2870 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 16 guests (adults or children) $2153 per night (Monday - Thursday)
Infants under 2 are free

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

Please note if Sunday checkin or public holiday check in then please add $500 weekend cleaning charge.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $2000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES 
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
