Located just 7 minutes from Queenstown`s town centre, 11 Aspen Grove is a modern villa with stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. This spacious two-level home is ideal for families or groups looking for luxury and convenience near Queenstown`s shops and attractions.
For relaxation, enjoy the spa pool while taking in the scenery. The media room offers a comfortable space to unwind.
The first level offers a large open-plan living area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Step out onto the balcony to take in the spectacular lake views or relax on the private deck. On the opposite side, the courtyard features BBQ facilities, a covered dining area, a wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable seatingÂżideal for outdoor meals or enjoying the fresh air. The main level also includes a convenient powder room.
The master bedroom upstairs has large windows with lake views and a luxurious ensuite with a freestanding bathtub. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements. The guest suite includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite, a kitchenette, and two single bunks (available upon request at an additional cost). Two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds share a bathroom.
You will receive exclusive access to the whole property including spa pool and garden.
We are located off-site and like to give our guests space to enjoy their home-away-from-home, but we`re only a phone call away should you need assistance or would like to book activities during your stay.
Children are welcome as part of the maximum number of guests. This house can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests per booking - additional guests are not permitted.
All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.
A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalent to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
