Close to everything - this home is just a short distance to Cornwall's amenities and 15 minutes from Charlottetown. Enjoy a private deck, ample parking, and a serene garden setting.

The home features modern decor, a luxurious main bath with a rain shower and soaking tub, a second full bath with laundry, and four bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, and 1 Twin plus a Sofa bed (Double).

Perfect for families or small groups.

I would recommend this property! Large private Lot about 20 mile from Charlottetown! We had 7 adults and still felt we had lots of space! Jane was a great host!

We were so happy we booked our stay in PEI at this lovely property! Jane provided accurate pictures and descriptions of the property, which is exceptional, and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, well organized and appointed, and includes virtually everything a traveler might need. Parking is convenient and the environment is quiet and comfortable. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend Jane and this lovely property.

We had very nice stay. The property was exactly as pictured. Everything you need. The gardens were beautiful! The ac was great, the whole house was kept cool. The location was quiet but close to run for groceries or coffee. We usually stay at the Hampton inn, I think this was better, definitely much more spacious! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

This was a great location for day tripping from the Charlottetown area. The house is spotless and beautifully renovated and upgraded. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean, spacious and relaxing getaway

Loved this property, the house is beautiful and well maintained. It was perfect for what we needed, conveniently close to town, but far enough away to create a serene, relaxing environment. Jane was lovely to deal with, and we felt very at home in her beautiful space.Would definitely stay here again!

A Perfect Home Away From HomeJane’s place was the perfect home away from home for our stay in PEI. Her house is located in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of Charlottetown, yet only about a 20-minute drive to the city for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The location also made it easy for us to visit all of the attractions we wanted to see throughout PEI.From the minute we walked through the door, we felt right at home. The house was tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean, and just as pictured and described on the VRBO site. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we could possibly need, whether we wanted to prepare a home-cooked meal or pack a picnic lunch for the day.The bathrooms were spacious and supplied with plenty of towels and toiletries. The home essentially offers two separate living spaces, each with its own full bathroom, which is especially convenient when traveling with another couple or a larger family. The beds we slept in were also very comfortable! The house itself was wonderful, but Jane's communication and hospitality were an equally important part of our experience. She responded to our questions and comments quickly and pleasantly making our entire stay completely stress-free.We truly enjoyed our stay at Jane’s home and would happily stay there again. We highly recommend Jane’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-appointed home base while exploring PEI.

Jane’s place is wonderful - we loved our stay there! The house itself is beautifully updated with spacious rooms, plenty of seating and gorgeous bathrooms and kitchen! The yard is well maintained with many lovely gardens. The house is situated close to the village, so a trip to the store or to Timmie’s only takes a few minutes. Fabulous communication and clear check-in instructions provided. We had a terrific time and highly recommend this retreat!

This house couldn't have been more perfect for our visit if we'd had it custom built! Beautiful place in a tranquil area just outside Charlottetown, with plenty of space for the six of us to spread out and relax. The location was spectacular. It was close enough to Charlottetown that we could visit downtown any time we felt like it, and far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Plus, it was an easy drive practically anywhere on the island we wanted to visit. The house was matched in its awesomeness by the host, Jane, who was incredibly welcoming and warm and made sure we were well taken care of, down to the littlest detail. She's so quick to respond to anything, and we'd have stayed a whole month! 10/10 property, 10/10 host, HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – A True Gem!We had an incredible stay at Jane’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Jane is an absolutely wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure her guests have a fantastic experience.The house itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and so thoughtfully provisioned. Everything my family needed was right at our fingertips, from a fully stocked kitchen to extra linens and cozy touches throughout.It was easy to find, yet tucked away enough to offer peace, privacy, and that lovely country charm we were hoping for. We were amazed at how close it was to everything—shops, restaurants, and local attractions—yet it still felt like a serene retreat far from the hustle and bustle.Truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back.

Par où commencer nous avons passés un séjour de rêve grâce à cette propriété. Jane la propriétaire a tout fait pour nous soutenir tout au long du processus. Aucune zone flou. Propre et très bien équipé la maison nous a ravie. La beauté des lieux nous à tous conquis. Idéalement située nous n'avons pas eut de trop grands déplacements à faire une fois là-bas. Les 2 salons ont créer des zones parent/ enfants très agréables. Il ne manque de rien dans cette demeure si non que votre épicerie et votre famille. Nous le recommandons et rêvons déjà à notre prochain séjour. Nous quittons reposés, la tête et le coeur plein de souvenirs. Merci beaucoup Jane!!
