The property wasn't as glamourise as it looks in the pictures. Bedding wasn't comfortable and end up coming home sore back. The fireplace was fake and wasn't even connected or working and the property wasn't convenient to get to the ski grounds. The price I paid I could have stayed in a much better place and closer to ski grounds.

The photos are authentic and not enhanced or altered by AI—they were taken by a professional photography company. We’re sorry to hear about your back discomfort. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to provide a bed that suits everyone’s personal preference, as this varies greatly from person to person. The fireplace is listed as electric. While it recently stopped functioning for heating due to a technical issue, we’re currently waiting for replacement parts under warranty. Alternate extra heating was provided. And the flame effect on the fireplace was still working.

Great place to stay. Magnificent view of the mountain. Comfortable, spacious, warm and the Thredbo courtesy bus stops at the front door so you don't have to carry your ski gear to and from Valley Terminal or Friday Flats.
