You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine. The vacuum is located in the laundry area.

Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $30 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.

Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, heater, and AC are switched off.

Please return the keys back to the mailbox upon checkout.

Feel free to contact us for any service at any time; from 9am-5pm and 24/7 in an emergency! We will do our best to help your great trip.

Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.

Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.

Please ensure all the lights, heater, and AC are switched off when leaving.

Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help you to have a great stay.

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we kindly ask our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm.

Additional Rules:

*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would incur a penalty of $500 AUD.

*NO PETS*: Pets are not allowed in this property, penalty will apply.

*NO PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. Penalties will apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely will be your responsibility.

Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.

LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house to unlock the door depending on availability (or you can call a local locksmith).

DAMAGE Deposit will be utilised to cover any damage or loss happens in the property caused by the guest.
