This beautiful building with shared pool, entirely made of tufa stone, will offer you an optimal comfort for a pleasant stay! It has a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with its adjoining bathroom, a mezzanine bedroom and finally a vast garden with its two south-facing terraces to enjoy a meal outside with family or friends. Wifi, bed linen and towels included.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A large and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with sofas including a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, a beautiful functional stone fireplace as well as a raised dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people and has direct access to the terrace.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker... You will also find a mini-bar with a safe.
Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a Queen-Size bed, access to the outside and an adjoining shower room with a shower, a large washbasin, storage, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail and a toilet.
On the mezzanine :
- A bedroom area with two Louis-Philippe single beds and an armchair.
Outside :
- A large garden with two sunny terraces at the front and back of the house. They are furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.
- Fruit trees planted around the gĂźtes for guests' enjoyment
Common exteriors :
- A swimming pool (shared, not heated) of 8mx4mx1.5m, available from May to October depending on weather conditions (opening dates not contractual).

If you want to get a bit of height, go for a first flight or a microlight tour and admire the splendid plain landscapes that are available to you!
