This location was perfect for us close to Grand Lake, Arapaho Forest and the RMNF also allowing privacy. We travel with our fur baby and she was happy with the yard and outdoor area. Clean, everything you need for stay. Communication with the management team was awesome they responded to our every need. Will book again this unit when in area.

We enjoyed our time here. The place was very close to shadow mountain lake. We only had to drive about a mile to drop our paddleboards in the water. The only thing we didn't like, was no dresser or hangers for your clothes in the master bedroom. Other than that, the place was great.

Clean and quiet

The place was clean and just as advertised. The Retreat style of peaceful and quiet on the back deck next to the fire pit was calming. Yet inside was modern and up to date. I enjoyed the little snack basket, Thank You. Got to see a Moose with her young one following. That was amazing.

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for our family of 4 and our 3 dogs! The location is great and the property quiet. Nice fire pit, but due to stage 1 fire ban we did not use (we always come prepared with our portable gas pit just in case). Plenty of room for everyone and very clean. Will definitely stay again in the future when traveling with the dogs!

Perfect for our needs

Great location, perfect for what we were wanting to do- hike and enjoy the outdoors with our dogs. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, Bathrooms were nice and clean. Second bedroom is a bit tight for adults but perfect for kids. Deck and fire pit were nice to relax and unwind after a day of adventures. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed the seclusion of the property. It was very peaceful. The place was clean and cozy. The only thing I would suggest is to get better sheets for the beds as the fitted sheet was constantly coming off the mattress while sleeping. Not a deal breaker, we plan on coming back to this place again sometime.

Nice place, but not for us.

The place was nice and clean. However, we are in our 70s, and the tall dining room chairs were difficult for my wife to sit in, and the large bed was too high for her. Even the twin beds were difficult. We should have looked closer before renting it. The property manager helped when we had issues finding the property and with the keypad.
