Positives:- The property is lovely with farmland around. - The house is clean and has beautiful aesthetics. - The communication with the owner was smooth and prompt with clear instructions.Issues:- The hot-tub was not functional due to a prior pipe-burst issue during the day(this was communicated few hours in advance, which is fine). - More importantly, the BBQ grill which was a priority for us was NOT working. Expectations:Last minute issues that arise cannot be handled at quick notice which is understandable. Hence in such cases, a post booking/stay discount should be offered to make it up for the inconvenience.
