Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a fenced in backyard that has a barbecue, outdoor bar, ample seating, and lights for evening entertainment. The main floor has a complete kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, living room with cable tv, and a record player for your enjoyment. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 queen-sized beds and a double bed.

The house is pretty, with lots of character, and well equipped. We just wished there had been more lamps; there was only one bedside lamp for the whole house (in addition to the ceiling lights), which is not ideal. We did not try the hot tub. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant.

This was the perfect spot for 4 of us at the tail end of summer. Perfect location, walkable to downtown but also nice and quiet at night. The hosts were incredibly accommodating. The backyard was perfect for meals, relaxing and enjoying an evening hot tub. Very clean and felt like home by the time we left our two week stay. Internet is very fast for those needing to do any work. Highly recommend for both families, friends or colleagues.

Unfortunately, this was our first trip booked with VRBO and it will likely be our last. The living room looked nothing like the photos; not even the same furniture. There was an old dusty couch, and a chair with horrible cat damage, and my husband is quite allergic to pet dander (one of the reasons we booked this house was because it stated "no pets"). The house also had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, as well as a fruit fly issue from the previous guests (which the host was addressing). Overall, it wasn't what we expected or hoped for, and we weren't able to stay there due to my husband's allergies and had to book another place to stay very last minute, and only the cleaning fee from this stay was refunded to us. We were quite disappointed.

We booked our trip quite late and it was a busy weekend on PEI. We were happy to find this centrally located, sweet little house in Charlottetown. Traveling with two adult son’s, it gave us amenities, everyone got their own room, and we had easy access to down town. We explored the island with 25 minutes to great beaches and wonderful seafood restaurants.

Beautiful, well-appointed home, in a perfect location

The photos do not do the property justice! We think it’s because you can see the care and thoughtfulness of the delightful hosts everywhere upon arrival and throughout your stay. They’ve thought of everything! Ample linens, a fully stocked pantry, bathroom products, and comfortable beds are the tip of the iceberg. The location is perfect! We were on a multigeneration family holiday and everyone enjoyed how walkable the city is from the property. Easy drives elsewhere on the island and short walks to the waterfront made this the perfect rental for us. Thanks for everything. We can’t wait to come back!
