Keep it simple at this warm, peaceful & centrally located place. Perfect for families or couples looking for a comfortable place to stay a short walk to the beach, hot pools, botanical garden, restaurants & bars of Ahuriri or central Napier.
Cosy in the winter months with a gas fire heating the whole house & panel heaters in the bedrooms. Fully insulated.
During the summer the bi-fold doors open the entire living & dining area out to the deck & back garden.
All day sunshine & a lovely peaceful place to relax in the evening out back.

Absolutely awesome, great view, sparkling clean, no smell of previous pets or fur on couches. So a great stay. Light bulb was out , owner delivered one, kettle leaked, a new one appeared on door step....most kind and through service.Close to city , marine parade, and food places.
