Great place

This was a lovely home and a great place to stay. The bedrooms got a little warm when trying to sleep with the AC on, would recommend some fans. Plenty of room in the house and room for parking. Would definitely stay again.

Great place in a great neighborhood

This was a new listing and it was a very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and I had no issues throughout the entire stay. Check in process was quick and efficient and the home itself was lovely. I definitely recommend, especially if you're willing to drive 20 minutes to get away from the noise of the city.

Everything looked brand new

This three bedroom home was near Pearson airport in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. The large kitchen was well-equipped and there is a guest Netflix account on the TV. We enjoyed the arboretum at nearby Humber Polytechnic as well as the attractions of nearby Toronto.

Overall stay was amazing. House was nice and clean. Host was very accommodating to any changes/responsive when messaged. There was not iron on the property but when I messaged the host she was very kind to bring one over right away. The only thing that I would say was bothersome was the fact that the house has central AC and while the house was nice and cool in the living room/kitchen area for whatever reason the rooms did not get cold at all despite having the temperature on the lowest setting and on through the night. There was a fan provided in one of the rooms so that was helpful to cool down the room at night. If it weren't for the cooling issue I would have rated my stay an easy 5 stars.

We were disappointed by our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this property was because it offered sleeping arrangements appropriate for the adults in our group. However, the mattress in one of the larger bedrooms was covered with a plastic protector that was so loud with normal movement that sleep was disrupted even from another room. When we attempted to remove the cover, we discovered the mattress underneath was visibly urine-stained.Because of the condition of the mattress, we did not feel it was hygienic to use, so my adult daughter had to move to a much smaller twin bed in a different room for the remainder of the stay. This significantly changed the accommodations we paid for.We contacted the host during the stay, but our concerns were dismissed, and despite documentation of the issue, VRBO provided only minimal compensation.Future guests may want to confirm the condition of the sleeping accommodations before booking.

We would like to clarify that cleanliness and hygiene are matters we take very seriously, and this is the first time we have received such a concern regarding this bedroom. All bedding, linens, and protective coverings are thoroughly cleaned and maintained as part of our standard preparation for each guest. The mattress protector is used as a hygiene measure to help preserve the condition of the mattress, which is a common practice in rental accommodations. In an effort to address the concern at the time, we suggested the use of the alternate bedroom so that your group could still be accommodated. We appreciate your feedback and will review the mattress arrangement to ensure the comfort of future guests.
