Short commute into the CBD via Ferry or bus. Stunning kitchen, living and dining flowing onto a large waterfront deck. Separate rumpus/ games room with large screen TV, piano and pool table. Large master suite with direct access to a waterfront deck, walk in robe and substantial bathroom. All bedroons have massive built in cupboards. Modern bathrooms and fully equipped laundry.
