Thank you for your review. The apartment was thoroughly & professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, including the kitchen and carpets. 2 fully functional vacuum cleaners were available ( one must have spoilt and I’d have showed you where the 2nd one was in the unit), and clean, freshly laundered towels were provided in adequate quantity.
Had any of these items not met your expectations, I would have appreciated being contacted during your stay so the matter could be addressed immediately. I remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained apartment at a fair and competitive price.
Séjour de 3 mois : le logement est fonctionnel et conforme aux indications. Le propriétaire est réactif, il a notamment remplacé le lave linge en quelques jours suite à une panne. Comptez 1 heure en métro pour rejoindre le coeur de Londres.
