The condominium features heated adult and children's pools, dry and steam saunas, a hot tub, a games room, a party room, a playroom, and a playground, as well as a large circulation area with security for your entire family. The space: The apartment has two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and an air conditioner and a portable fan in each room. Bedroom 1 is a suite, and bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed that can be divided into two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs and have sliding doors leading to the balcony. In the kitchen we have an electric oven, stove, blender, sandwich maker, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, as well as kitchen and barbecue utensils. The balcony offers a view of the pool and Praia Grande beach, and is equipped with a gas grill. We have a parking space available for the tenant. Other observations: NOTE 1: JACUZZI TEMPORARILY CLOSED. - The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. - The saunas and jacuzzis are open from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. - It is not permitted to enter the pool area with glasses, plates, or objects made of glass, crockery, or similar items. - The apartment has... 1 parking space; - Pets are not allowed; - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; - Sitting wet on armchairs, sofas, chairs, and beds is not allowed; - Hanging clothes on balcony railings is not allowed; - Please do not flush toilet paper down the toilet; - As per the Condominium Bylaws, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM onwards; - Lack of Any negligence or misuse that causes damage or loss of objects or any item provided to the guest will result in the guest being responsible for reimbursing the owner for the market value of the item. - If early check-in or late check-out is required, a fee equivalent to 80% of the daily rate will be charged, subject to the service rule of up to 8 hours; beyond that, the full daily rate will apply.
