About this property

Seaside holiday home in the front row! With panoramic views across Hawke Bay

Feel on holiday from the minute you walk in. A semicircle of floor to ceiling windows give you a panoramic view of the sea and land in the curve of Hawke Bay with Spriggs Park playground, rock pools and beach directly in front. Enjoy the seaside village atmosphere as the yacht racing, watersports and cruise ships coming and going happens in your front yard and the waterfront cycleway passes by. All the facilities of a fully equipped house are for your use during your stay in Napier. It is just a couple of minutes stroll to 6 restaurants, several cafes and takeaway options, a cocktail bar and an ice cream parlour available in the Ahuriri Village, along with the Globe Theatrette and specialty shops. Or a 5 minute drive to the waterfront bars and restaurants on the edge of the Marina. Napier CBD is a 5 minute drive away, or catch the bus directly across the road. Our holiday home has a large master suite with a huge walkin wardrobe and an ensuite with both a bath and shower. Across the entranceway is the kitchen/dining/lounge with incredible wide angle windows with tinted semi one way glass so you feel you are as close to the park as you can get! Also a conservatory facing West down the side of the house for sunny lounging in a sheltered space. There is also a bedroom with a king single bed with a trundle bed under it that pulls out and that has legs to raise it to normal height. There is an adjacent toilet and separate shower and handbasin bathroom. Up a short flight of stairs to the other bedroom which has a queen bed and windows looking out the driveway to the sea. There is also an elevated deck wrapped around this room. The laundry and washing line are up on this level above the garage also. A small back courtyard for private outdoor space, but with the seafront directly in front across the road is our preferred outdoor space! Off street parking is available in the driveway. For winter stays, there is a gas fireplace, and the 2 rear bedrooms have oil fin heaters. SkySport is available on the Smart TV and WIFI.

What a beautiful place with the most perfect location, close to everything you need, shops, restaurants, beach, playground and waterfront! I wish we were staying for longer! Location, location, location. A beautiful place to watch the world go by. Great for water activities, great views, children's play ground just across the road. Ahuriri has a relaxed village feel with good restaurants within walking distance. The views are amazing.A very spacious, comfortable home. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good facilitates. Lotsa space including out door areas.
