✔︎ Please make sure to keep shoes off of the bed and furniture.

✔︎ Stains on linen or white towels will be considered damaged if stains cannot be removed.

✔︎ Enjoy yourselves, however, please take care with foods that can spill or stain our carpets, couches, and bed linen.

✔︎We do charge extra fees in case of loss or damages to our property such as towels, linen, and furniture.

✔︎Turn off all lights/TV/air conditions when not at home

✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbors' peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 7 pm and 8 am.

✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, especially if you use an oven or BBQ stove(if any), do not leave dirty dishes, and take out the trash before checking out. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Apartment was fine. A few issues with organising overnight parking (Plan ahead for alternative parking). Did NOT like at all the hassle with getting the keys!! It felt like a goose hunt trying to get them.
