This VRBO is the cleanest and most prepared property we have stayed in. It had every single thing we needed.There was an issue with the grill and the host sent someone out immediately. The caretaker came out and went above and beyond to remedy the concern. The location was perfect to walk to town and was centrally located. It met our needs nicely.

Perfect! We loved our stay. Super clean, extremely responsive host, very well stocked. Comfy sofa to relax. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Location was within minutes of bars/ restaurants. We came for wine touring in the area and the location was great. Would definitely stay again!

House was nice but don’t plan on grilling as the grill was electric and as soon as it started to get hot it would kick the dedicated ground fault receptacle.

The house has everything that we needed and even more. It is clean, recently renovated with a contemporary design. There is no backyard but a small terrace on a side, which we didn’t use unfortunately as it rained a few times and the outdoor furniture was wet.The coffee machine and provided coffee beans were appreciated as we are very particular about the taste of our coffee. We enjoyed it.The property manager, the Evolve team, was responsive when we contacted them about a leaking sink in the kitchen.

The host was very pleasant and welcoming. The house has been nicely remodled and is well cared for. The kitchen is well stocked with; pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and an increadable coffee bar!The neighborhood is well established, quiet in the evenings and very walkable.The parking is a little tight but we made it work. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was very nice and clean house. Check-in and out process was easy. Loved that it was dog friendly and in a neighborhood with other dogs. Easy to walk the pups too which is a huge plus. The host was responsive with questions and concerns. Very pleased with our stay.

The interior of the house was open and clean. There was ample space for interacting, game-playing, etc. There were plenty of amenities including coffee, glassware, laundry, and even storage bags for leftovers. They had a ton of information available on their own website - about the house and the surrounding area...it was very helpful. We loved the small item on the coffee table that showed how to access the wifi. The second bathroom upstairs was exceptionally small, but provided what we needed. The only thing that did not look like the listing (and the pictures) was the deck. The size of the deck was accurate, but the sofa on the deck needed cleaning. There was residual dirt and the start of mold from being wet, so we didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. Also, we were excited to have a grill, but it was electric and came with specific cleaning instructions. We decided it wasn't worth the time to clean, so we didn't use it.

Cozy Getaway Stay

This sweet gem provided all the cozy comforts of our home away from home with an active vibrant countryside feel!Everything represented in the listing promo is on point! We enjoyed the convenience of walking to nearby downtown and local restaurants and stores.The local college students did not disrupt our stay even with their holiday fun.In less than 10 minutes walk, the peaceful serene atmosphere of Seneca Lake and parallel paths for walking, running and biking did not disappoint!This sweet homestay is easy to access from multiple main roadways but nestled in a friendly neighborhood for safety and privacy.We look forward to returning to Geneva NY again and highly recommend this property - Cheers!

This is an amazing home in a fantastic location! It’s nestled in a nice, quiet neighborhood while still being very close to the lake, town, restaurants, and all the fun the Finger Lakes area has to offer.The home itself was beautiful, very clean, and nicely updated with modern décor. Having three bathrooms was a huge plus, and the Wi-Fi was incredibly fast and reliable.The location gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful and relaxing when you’re at the house, but just minutes away from everything you want to see and do.We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to the Finger Lakes. We would definitely stay here again!
