The smaller cottage gets automatically blocked when you book Roads House (and vice versa) to ensure you have the entire property to yourselves. Please enquire for further details.

Peppercorn Cottage has a combined modern kitchen, dining area and cosy bedroom area which can be partitioned to become even cosier. An outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ that overlooks the gardens, and a tranquil sound of the water feature makes it a very relaxing getaway for 2. A place for reflection to slow down and connect with each other and nature.
