Tucked away in the picturesque alpine town of Bright, this charming three-bedroom retreat is the perfect base for your mountain getaways. Located along the iconic, tree-lined Delany Avenue and set within a quiet complex of just five residences, it offers the ideal mix of serenity, scenery, and convenience.
Step outside and breathe in the crisp alpine air — you'll be just a short stroll from Bright's vibrant town centre, with its boutique shops, gourmet cafes, and renowned dining spots. In winter, the region transforms into a snow lover’s paradise with Mt Hotham and Falls Creek just a scenic drive away. In the warmer months, immerse yourself in nature with endless walking trails, bike paths, and river adventures right on your doorstep.

The open plan living area is flooded with natural light and includes a slow combustion log fire, creating a cosy space for cooler months. Enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern finishes and everything you need for everyday living including a coffee pod machine. Dining indoor in the cooler months or alfresco in the warmer months.
HEATING & COOLING
There is a slow combustion log fire located in the lounge area for those cooler months, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and a reverse cycle air conditioner for the warmer months.
Please note a starter pack of wood, kindling, matches and fire lighters is supplied, any additonal will need to be purchased from local supermarket or service station.
BATHROOM/LAUNDRY
Bathroom features a walk in shower with seperate toilet. Washing machine also located in the bathroom area.
OUTDOOR
The backyard overlooks beautiful natural bushland, where you will find a BBQ and outdoor seating. Carport located at the side of the house.
