Rosebrook Cottage has two bedrooms (one queen bed and one double bed), pull out sofa, two separate living areas, off street parking, two toilets and, two showers. The office also has a double bed set up.
Walking distance to great local amenities, including mini golf, Rosebud RSL and Rosebud Hotel, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, Aldi. Augustus Gelatery and so much more.

Host was welcoming and gave us an early check in, which was a lovely courtesy. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linen and towels. The yard was lovely for family time and the beach was just a short walk. We were surprised and delighted that there was a beach trolley to transport our belongings between the house and beach.
