Silver Shells St. Maarten 708 is professionally managed by Newman-Dailey Resort Properties

Welcome to Silver Shells St. Maarten 708. Located on the seventh floor, this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers front-row views of the Gulf and a bright, open layout that’s ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

The beach-facing living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, plush seating, and direct access to a spacious balcony where you can dine al fresco or unwind with a sunset cocktail. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals with ease, plus a dining area and breakfast bar for casual gatherings.

The Gulf-front primary suite offers private balcony access, a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a luxurious ensuite with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with two full beds—each offer their own private or nearby baths and north-facing balcony views of the resort and the bay.

Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, and a stand alone ice maker, so you never run out of ice.

Silver Shells St. Maarten is located only steps to the famous Back Porch restaurant where you can enjoy fresh Gulf Seafood for lunch or dinner and enjoy a seasonal beach bar onsite that serves snack and drinks. And as a guest of Silver Shells, you’ll have access to top-tier amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a full-service spa, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, and more. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a coastal escape with friends, this is your place to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Enjoyed the condo very much. The view was amazing. Loved the balcony area. Condo was very spacious. Kitchen had everything you would need. Just need to buy the staples. Pool and hot tub was very clean and resort feeling. Just wish weather was a little better. Our first time to Destin, the beach was so beautiful and clean. The reality co. was very easy to work with and informative.

When we first arrived we couldn’t get into our room because we were given the wrong information on which elevator to use. The card given didn’t work on the elevator we were told and when I called the office they kept telling me the instructions were correct. After getting into the room through the back door and taking the private elevator back down we figured out we were given the wrong info. I left a comment in the portal and they did call the next day apologizing for the wrong instructions. The room was great and the view was awesome. The room is in the path of the airport.. Beds were very comfortable and amenities were nice. Great location and convenient to restaurants.

My experience with the property management company has been extremely disappointing. Their job should be to ensure guests have a great stay, which does include a great experience, not just a comfy bed and a soft pillow to lay your head on. They failed to fully grasp the impact of the few mishaps that occurred. When I spoke with the property manager, Kelley, rather than listening and addressing my concern with intention and understanding, she asked me to tell her how the front door not locking was inconvenient. When I explained it’s a safety concern and in my mind I’m thinking this is inconvenient because this is a delay, which did take about 4 hours to fix. This is an interruption in our day. Her response was condescending, telling me well, I don’t have to check in early and I can come back at 4, as if me actually checking in early was my fault. You all told us the room was ready early. Let me repeat READY. She made me feel as if I was wrong for feeling the way I did.To add to the experience, upon entering the room for the first time we were welcomed by a random man who turned out to be maintenance, but this was not the best first impression. Boxes on the floor, music playing. Never had this happen in my 10 years of coming to Destin. It’s unacceptable. They also gave us the wrong info as to which reserved parking spot to park in so at 10pm we get asked by the security guard to move our car. The room is nice but the service is not worth it!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations, as guest satisfaction is always our top priority and we apologize that you did not feel a warm welcome upon arrival. As you noted, your rental was cleaned and inspected when our team sent you the early check-in code. We take full responsibility that our vendor was still in the rental assembling the new outdoor furniture when you arrived. He planned to be done by 4 p.m., our standard check-in time, and did not know you were issued an early check-in code. Our sincere apologies for the surprise. To make matters worse, the front door lock malfunctioned. This was outside of our control, and our lock service was dispatched immediately. We appreciate your husband kindly remaining in the condo until the issue was resolved that same afternoon. Adding to the miscommunication, the property manager, Kellie, was out of town during your stay. When you called and spoke with another one of our property managers, they were not fully appraised of your situation and made a gesture of goodwill by offering complimentary attraction tickets and a gift certificate for a future stay, which we understand were respectfully declined. We greatly appreciate your patience and feedback and are using your experience to further refine our processes in an effort to continue to improve our communication and the guest experience. We hope you’ll give us a second chance to make a first impression.

The view was amazing! The condo surpassed our expectations. It was clean and beautiful. Check-in and check-out were easy and staff was always available to assist with questions. The location was close to everything and the grounds felt very secure with multiple layers of security. 10 stars! I can’t wait to come back!
