The Space:
Enjoy the charm of a classic 1960s beach shack with all the comforts of modern livingâjust a short stroll from the beautiful Fishermanâs Beach in Torquay. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this relaxed coastal retreat is designed for effortless getaways year-round.
Step inside and feel instantly at home. Sunlight streams through north-facing windows, creating a bright and welcoming living space that opens onto a shaded deckâideal for morning coffees, evening BBQs or simply enjoying the sea breeze. The home is well equipped featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the outside deck, 2 bathrooms and a laundry with washing machine/dryer. Enjoy year-round comfort with the split-system air conditioner located in the living area.

With room for up to 6 guests, the house offers 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed
Bring your pets along tooâthis home is pet-friendly so the whole family can enjoy a summer or winter escape.

You will have access to the entire house.
