Summary:
We are the new owners of this historic 10-bedroom home in the heart of Banff. We look forward to hosting travelers and outdoor enthusiasts from around the world, who are looking for an authentic mountain lodge experience.
Newly remodeled and renovated, it's the perfect escape for large groups of friends, family gatherings, or corporate retreats.
With great views of the mountains, a large outdoor deck and front lawn, ample parking (6 spaces), chef's kitchen and large dining room, you will not find another property like this in the Bow Valley.
The Space:
The massive 9-bedroom home spans close to 5,000 square feet across 4 floors and comfortably sleeps up to 23 guests.
The 4th floor features a unique apartment-style unit with it's own living room, bathroom and kitchenette.
On the 3rd floor there are 6 bedrooms, as well as 4 full bathrooms and a reading nook/office.
The main floor has a spectacular living room area with a small bar and TV, dining room for 16 people and enormous chef's kitchen. There are also laundry facilities and an additional bedroom/games room with TV, foosball and pull out couch.
The basement, which has a separate entrance and is only accessed from the outside of the house, features 2 rooms both with full bathrooms. Ceilings are low in the hallway, but the rooms are all regular sized.
We use a professional linen service to ensure our linens are cleaned at the highest standard.
The large outdoor deck is great for BBQ's or just relaxing in the sun.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home
The Neighborhood:
House is located in a residential neighbourhood, 3 blocks off Banff Ave.
Other Things to Note:
-There is an on-site manager (who guests will never see and is in a separate section of the property, but the Town mandates we have one)
-We have cameras at the front door and on the balcony
-Noise sensors inside and outside
-Anyone having a party will be ejected immediately by our company security, with no refund
-No noise on the deck after 10pm
-Keep windows closed at night if any loud activity is happening indoors

We are available whenever our guests need during their stay
