This is compact calm in one remote place yet still walkable to Main Street. Guests really feel like Little Livingstone is a real escape with a super private location, looking at mountains, swimming in the creek or relaxing in the bath. A place to disconnect and breathe. This 1 bedroom home is perfect for singles or couples, with a queen bedroom loft and room to stretch out and live. Little Livingstone embraces functional design and stunning views to bring you an unparalleled tiny living experience. You can lounge around in the sunken lounge room, enjoy 270 degree views, and sleep closer to the stars in the queen-sized loft bed platform. All the extra space in this tiny home makes it easy to stay in. We’ve even got a little table and stools to eat at and the house has a large deck that extends the living area outdoors. The deck hosts an outdoor claw foot bath with running hot and cold water, some sun lounges and places to sit and chill. Watch the morning and afternoon parade of Kangaroos as they make the unique creek crossing and through the property. We love to swim in the creek then walk back to a cozy bubble bath at the end of the day. And at 900 metres to the nearest pub you are far enough out for complete sanctuary but close enough to enjoy all the amenities the town has to offer, including the bike trails that head out from the properties front door. Full use of the tiny home, land and access down to the Creek for a dip and nature walks. Your host is on hand to help. Our Tiny Home is opposite one of the entrances to stunning nature walks or Mountain Bike Riding. Just look at the mountain and turn left to do a loop that will bring you right back. Little Livingstone is also the perfect and economical spot to rest after grabbing the bus to Mt Hotham. The home is perfectly insulated to keep you warm in winter added on with a split system for cooling or heating and lots of blankets and throws.
