This updated vacation rental offers beautiful new tile wood look floors, baseboards, paint, 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, new beds and furnishings, updated kitchen and more! Spacious and private with no neighbors on either side, this1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful decor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 112 offers a full size, fully-equipped updated kitchen complete with granite countertops and appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one KING in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a KING bed in the 3rd bedroom. That's right, there are 2 KING beds in 112! Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a tub shower combo in the main bath and an updated walk-in shower in the 2nd bathroom. 112 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.
