Just 10 minutes from the CBD, you’ll be close to attractions like Federation Square, the Arts Centre, and Crown Casino. Explore the lively restaurants and bars along the Southbank River, ideal for dining and fun. Essendon Fields Airport is just 15 km away for easy travel to your home away from home!

The unit comprises a seating area with a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. A stovetop and toaster are also offered, as well as a kettle.

All facilities are close to guests and only open for its residents.

CAR PARK ACCESS

Height Restriction: 2.1 metres

The onsite parking fee is $60 per night with unlimited entry and exit however, it is subject to availability and needs a reservation before arrival/check-in date.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check in will be done by the Reception Team. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.

No Party Policy

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200

As of the moment, No night staff from 3:30 AM – 9 AM, every day. Please let us know your arrival time for us to arrange you for an after-hours check in.
