The ground floor hosts a sitting room with French doors opening to a private terrace at the front; and opposite is a double bedroom and elegant en-suite.
The double height ceiling extends from the entry to the rear of the home with walls of glass and big windows spiralling natural light inwards from both floors, creating a lovely feeling of openness and space.
There is a television in both of the downstairs living rooms.
The well-appointed kitchen has stone benchtops, casual seating, an induction cooktop, Neff ovens and a Miele dishwasher. Sliding glass doors open to a courtyard with BBQ, drinks fridge, utility sink and drawers, and, opposite, a second set opens to the entertaining area. The main living room features a wood burning stove and sliding door access to the alfresco.
