Connolly Short Stay Apartments are located just a short 22-minute drive north from the Perth CBD.

Shops, bus routes, and beaches (6 minutes away) will make this a holiday to remember. Modern 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment comes complete with a living area, private bathroom, spacious kitchen & combined dining area & private and secure rear courtyard.

The seamless self-check-in, free parking, free laundry facilities and Nespresso coffee machine will make you wish you could stay even longer!

- Apartment is located at the front part of the complex looking out to the communal BBQ and entertaining area.

- Free parking onsite through a secured gate.

- Easy access to the apartment with secured lockbox – no reception for key handover.

- As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the beautiful lounge area.

- To the left of the lounge area is the combined kitchen & dining area.

- The kitchen comes fully stocked & equipped cooking appliances and utensils, perfect for short or long stays. Convection microwave/oven, kettle, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. Did you know we offer our amazing guests with tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods and milk upon arrival?

- There are 3 bedrooms in this apartment.

- Bedroom 1 is located to the rear of the property and has access to the rear courtyard. The room boasts a king bed, bedside tables with lamps to either side, double two-seater couch and coffee table and wardrobe for your belongings.

- Bedroom 2 boasts a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps to either side and wardrobe for your belongings.

- Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds, beside tables & lamps and wardrobe for your belongings.

- The bathroom is located inside the apartment also and boasts a shower, bath, toilet, wall mounter mirror, sink/vanity.

- You will have access to your own secured private courtyard with access from the main bedroom (bedroom 1).

- There is a communal BBQ area with a BBQ and outdoor setting.

- There is also a communal laundry with free use of washing machines and dryer.

- We live locally in the Perth metro area.
- We communicate via the Airbnb platform.

- Uber, DiDi & Swan Taxi are very popular in Perth, just download the app and you can order a car to collect you and take you to your destination - so easy!

- All TV`s are smart TV`s, free to air channels are not available.

- Vehicle Gate Notice: The entry gate for vehicles is non-functional and will not be fixed. The gate is kept wide open at all times, allowing you to drive straight into the property upon arrival without needing a remote or access code.
• AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.

• CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside – it is a fire hazard.

• COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.

• COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.

• CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.

• CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.

• CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.

• CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.

• DAMAGES: If you break or damage something during your stay, please advise us as soon as practically possible so we can arrange for its replacement or repair promptly.

• DRINKS & FOOD: Drinks or food must not be consumed in the bedrooms.Depending on severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge you an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation.

• EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details.

• EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES: Extra charges will apply if the property is not left in an acceptable condition at check-out or if additional beds, bedding or linen are used.

• EXTRA GUESTS WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have additional guests to what your booking details state, your booking may be cancelled immediately, and you will be required to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued.

• FURNITURE: Please do not move any large furniture inside the property. Chairs and smaller furniture must be shifted back to their original location upon departure.

• GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES OR ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS: To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if a guest with a disability or specific accessibility requirements will be staying at the property. While our space may have limitations in accessibility, we are committed to offering support and making reasonable adjustments where possible to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

• ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: We do not tolerate drugs or illegal activity; in this instance, your booking will be cancelled immediately, reported to the booking platform and you will be removed from the property. No refunds will be issued.

• ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Please ensure you collect all belongings upon departure as we are not available to hand back your items same day. If you leave something behind and would like this sent back to you, you will be required to pay for postage return of your item(s) which will attract a minimum fee of $50 to cover postage, logistics, and time to return your item(s).
