The first lounge welcomes you with comfy sofas, eclectic décor, and a touch of nostalgia, making it the perfect spot for movie nights or catching up over wine. For quieter moments, the second sitting room offers armchairs, a snug two-seater, and a decorative fireplace with a working heater—ideal for curling up with a book or enjoying a slow morning.

Cook with ease on the gas stove, plate up with modern appliances at your fingertips, and then linger around the six-seater dining table under the glow of a statement chandelier. It’s a space that feels both homely and special—perfect for shared meals and late-night chats.

When it’s time to rest, each bedroom has its own personality. The main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, built-in storage, and soft touches for a restful retreat. The second bedroom offers a calming simplicity with a king bed and chest of drawers, while the third bedroom, with its queen bed, armchair, and leafy outlook, invites long, lazy mornings.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
