This conveniently located 3BR/2BA home is within walking distance or a short shuttle ride to Snow Summit Ski Resort. A quick drive takes you to the lake or a plethora of delicious dining options in town. After fun-filled days on the slopes, enjoy the warm ambience of the wood-burning fireplace followed by a soak in your private hot tub. A ski locker adds an extra layer of convenience.
The inviting living area is the social heart of the home, fitted with a sectional, full-size sleeper sofa, and 55in TV with cable and a soundbar. Cozy up next to the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace after a friendly game of foosball. Whip up delectable meals in the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of new stainless-steel appliances -- including a wine cooler. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar with seating for five. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table.
This two-story home sleeps six adults and one child. Find ultimate comfort in the tranquil master suite, featuring a king-size bed, 32in TV with cable, and private access to the hot tub and deck. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is also accessible via the hallway. The second bedroom holds a twin-over-twin bunk bed, twin trundle, and 32in Roku TV equipped with a PlayStation Classic and two controllers. Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, appointed with a queen-size bed and 32in Roku TV. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the picnic table on the front porch. On the back deck, you'll find a private hot tub and a table for four.
