Walking distance to the GO train, easy to get to downtown Toronto, walking distance to Pickering Mall, few minutes drive to Pickering Casino, to the Toronto Zoo and Close to the OPG Pickering. The neighbourhood is quite and safe.
-The home is detached with 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 on the 1st level
and 2 in the basement. The 6th bedroom is a work space.
-There are 2 full baths, 1 on each level.
-There is a laundry in the house.
-The house has 2 sunlight roof, one in the living room and another in
the kitchen.
-There is a dinning and a breakfast area.
-There are 6 parking space.
-The house has a big green space front and back yard with a mature
tree in the front yard.
-The backyard has a sitting area with an umbrella.
-There is a sitting area in the backyard with a barbecue available
located on the left side of the house.
- There is a security monitoring.
- On the left side of the house, there are 2 garbage bins; 1st bleu recycling bin is for papers/boxes and the 2nd bleu recycling bin is for bottle/containers.
In the backyard there is a shade where the Green and black garbage bins are located: the big green compost bin is for food waste and the big the big black bin is for trash.
