Inside are three queen bedrooms, a bathroom with a spa bath, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a living area with a smart TV. Split-system cooling, electric blankets in every room, and a downstairs powder room. Pets are welcome. Sleeps up to six.

Pembroke has a split-system unit in the living area and an electric blanket in all three bedrooms, with a ceiling fan in the main bedroom for added comfort.

The living area sits at the heart of the home, with a statement chandelier and warm, homely decor. Each of the three queen bedrooms is set up for a restful night, and the main bedroom opens directly onto the balcony — a quiet spot to unwind or enjoy a morning coffee. Decorative ironwork and arched French doors give the home its character, right in the middle of the CBD.

THE LOCATION:

Pembroke sits right in the Wagga CBD, with cafes, restaurants and shops moments from the door. The Riverina Hotel is directly across the street for all-day dining, with Mr Lawrence (130m) and Meccanico (160m) close by for brunch and the Jungle Duke Hotel (350m) for pub-style meals. The Forum 6 Cinemas are a 300m walk, Woolworths is around 650m, and the Riverside Adventure Playground and Wagga Beach are a 4-minute drive. Charles Sturt Winery is about 8 minutes away.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

STAIRS: Please note the home is two-storey with approximately 20 steps.

SHARED WALL: This is a townhouse with one wall shared with the neighbouring property.

PETS: Pets are warmly welcome. A pet fee may apply per stay. Please ensure pets stay off the furniture and that any backyard droppings are collected before checkout.

PORTACOT: A portacot is available and placed in the home; for safety reasons guests set it up on arrival. Please bring your own cot linen.
