This one-bedroom 2nd floor overlooks the main shopping district in award-winning downtown Holland. The fully furnished kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser and a large closet. A sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to four guests. The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower.
Centrally located in the heart of the 8th Street business district this condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries, Sperry Movie House, and Hope College.
The buildings that house the Lofts date back to the early 1900s. The architectural details and unique construction provide a perfect backdrop for these fully restored and updated condos.

- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
