Checkin:
Please collect the keys from 375 Crown Street Surry Hills (a short 3min walk from the apartment) with the single use code that you are sent prior to checkin.

You can access the apartment with the silver keys and the front of the security building with the blue and black fob.

The fob can also be used in the lift - when you enter the building take the lift to level 2 and turn right and then left. To access the balcony with a morning coffee or evening wine (green key) you can turn right at the end of the hall from the apartment or left from the level 2 lift.

You can access the internet using the wifi password on the bottom of the modem at the back of the martini bar table.

To login to the free Netflix on the TV please access the Guest account via the remote Netflix button.

Please leave the apartment exactly as you found it for the next guest.

Please drop the keys at Keynest back where you found them at 375 Crown Street for checkout strictly by 2pm so as not to disrupt the next guests stay or the cleaning schedule. If you do not checkout by 2pm we will need to pass on a fee to compensate.

- Keys can be collected from 375 Crown Street Surry Hills.

- No more than 2 guests are allowed in the property at any time. Strictly no parties.

- Luggage is not to be rolled over the wooden floorboards as it can cause damage.

- Please wipe down electric cooktop after each use.

- There is to be absolutely no smoking in the apartment of any kind including vaping.

- Please feel free to access the Netflix on the TV using the Guest account.

- Please wipe down the glass shower screen with the metal squiggy in the shower after each use.

- Make sure you visit the Foveaux Street and Crown Street cafes and restaraunts on the doorstep during your stay.

- Above all, have a safe and comfortable stay!
- We have a strict no parties, no events and no smoking policy. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning services required. Please do not book if you are intending to party.

- We kindly request that you treat the property as you would your own home - please respect the neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm.

- Keys MUST be returned to the lockbox upon checkout and please be careful not to get locked out during your stay. A fee of $100-$175 will be charged for any callouts to provide access to the property during your stay OR to the next guests if keys are not returned to the lockbox by the agreed checkout time.

- Please be mindful to not lose keys. If keys are lost, a fee of $300 per keyset will be charged for replacements.

- Please remember that extension requests must be communicated before 5pm in the evening before checkout. If less notice is given, on top of the extra nights, we will apply a fee of $80 to cover the last minute cancellation of the cleaning service
