Perfectly located on the 5th floor (with lift access) of the Silverleaf building, this cozy property offers the ultimate balance of comfort and convenience. Both bedrooms feature Queen beds, making it ideal for couples, friends, or business travellers, with secure parking for one car is included for those driving. The apartment is not suitable for families with young children sorry.
The apartment is perfectly situated in a vibrant, bustling city neighbourhood, just steps away from fantastic restaurants, cafés, and boutique wine bars. The Melbourne Grand Prix is also right on your doorstep, making this the perfect base during race season. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. If you are unsure about any of the above policies or have any questions we would appreciate it if you send us a message and do not use the instant book function.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones
