● Walkable Location: Just 2 blocks from the Songhees Walkway. A 20-minute walk to Westbay Marina or the bridge to downtown, and a 30–40 minute stroll to the Inner Harbour, Empress Hotel, Parliament Buildings, and James Bay.

● Galloping Goose Trail starts nearby and leads all the way to Sooke.

● Easy access to Thetis Lake, Butchart Gardens, Sidney, and other scenic destinations.

This property is intended for travelers visiting Victoria. We do not accept reservations from local residents or guests whose primary residence is within the Greater Victoria area. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about eligibility.

Other things to note
House Rules:

● No smoking on the property, including vaping

● Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

● No pets allowed

● No one is allowed in the residence except the registered, paying guest

● Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. We strive to be environmentally conscious and minimize waste as much as possible. We truly appreciate guests who share the same mindset and care for the space and the planet.

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property and fines.
