Privately tucked among the gums, this two-storey, pet-friendly guesthouse is designed with comfort in mind. Entry via the upper level opens into a bright, open-plan living area filled with soft natural light and calming bushland views. A cushioned sofa, TV, and wood-burning fireplace invite cosy moments. Step out onto the private balcony, set with a café-style table for two, and unwind to the sound of birdsong and rustling trees.

The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, with all the familiar touches of home—full-size oven and gas cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine. The adjacent dining table for four is perfect for shared meals with friends. After meals, step out to the front courtyard for fresh air and quiet moments beneath the native trees.

Downstairs, the bedroom features a king-size bed layered in crisp linen, soft pillows, and plenty of natural light by day, with a blackout blind for uninterrupted rest. The ensuite is stocked with complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience. A tucked-away laundry with a washer, drying rack, iron, and hangers ensures longer stays feel just as smooth.

Two private parking spots are located right out front. Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system reverse cycle air conditioning and heating in the living area, and a gas heater in the bedroom.

Please note that the guesthouse is located at the base of the driveway, while the host lives separately in a brick home at the top. There are no shared spaces, so privacy is assured throughout your stay.

Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary is also ten minutes away from your stay, offering close encounters with koalas, platypuses and dingoes. Belair National Park is 12 minutes away, featuring scenic hikes and mountain biking through native bushland.
