Ideal for both leisure and business travellers, the Utopia building is just 1.5km away from the Brisbane CBD. Within a short walk from the property to Fortitude Valley Train Station, China Town and Brunswick Street Mall. Located close to public transport, both buses and the Fortitude Valley train stations (direct trains to Brisbane Airport approximately 30 minutes, and the Gold Coast approximately 60 minutes!)
