Welcome to The Cape, this waterfront ground floor condo is the perfect summer escape. Enjoy the beauty of the Texas sunset right from the balcony overlooking Lake LBJ. Gather some friends and come relax by the water. This serene retreat features a full kitchen, relaxing living room with a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly fall or winter nights and two-bedrooms plus two-baths. Guests also have access to one of many boats slips located in front of the condo. Book your relaxing lake getaway.



The Space:

Nestled along the waterfront of Lake LBJ, Cape Terrace offers a beautifully redone condo that combines coastal charm with modern luxury. Step inside and immerse yourself in the bright and inviting living space, where large windows bathe the room in natural light and offer captivating views of the waterfront. A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, creating the perfect setting for cozy evenings spent indoors. Sit back and relax on the comfortable furnishings while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV, or simply unwind with a good book in hand. The couch conveniently pulls out to reveal a queen-size sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping space for extra guests. Enjoy the flexibility and comfort of this versatile feature during your stay.



The full kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting updated appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. Pull up a seat at the bar seating for four, where you can enjoy casual meals or sip on your morning coffee while taking in the picturesque views outside. For more formal dining, gather around the dining table for four, where you can share delicious meals and create lasting memories with loved ones against the backdrop of the waterfront scenery.



Retreat to one of the two bedrooms, each exuding comfort and style. Both bedrooms feature plush queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep, along with en-suite bathrooms for added convenience. Walk-in closets provide plenty of storage space for your belongings, allowing you to feel right at home during your stay. Step outside to the private patio, where you'll find the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. Overlooking the boat slip, the patio offers seating where you can relax and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the water, creating unforgettable moments with loved ones. Guests are welcome to use the boat slips free of charge during their stay. Enjoy convenient access to water activities and explore the surrounding area with ease. With its impeccable design and prime waterfront location, Cape Terrace provides an idyllic retreat where you can experience seaside serenity and coastal comfort at its finest. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this beautifully appointed condo offers the perfect escape for your coastal getaway, where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable stay by the water's edge.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Other Things to Note:

-If you are bringing a boat, there is no trailer parking allowed inside the Resort. There are some spots available at the parking lot by Short Circuit and Free Reign or you can call Flip at the Horseshoe Bay Airport and request a parking spot. If you launch your boat at LBJ Marina you may be able to leave your trailer there for free.

Thank you for choosing Stay Texas! Important details for your upcoming stay:

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via the Happy guest link.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, and no refunds for disruptions.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

- For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
