The Space:

Cabernet House is an exquisite property, where we take pride in offering not just one, but three charming homes for your stay. Each of these delightful houses provides a unique and comfortable experience, ensuring that your vacation is truly memorable.



Step inside the main house, where you'll find a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your guests. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and designed to offer a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities and offer convenience and privacy.



The fully equipped kitchen in the main house allows you to prepare delicious meals and snacks, and the adjoining dining area provides a perfect spot for enjoying your culinary creations. After meals, you can relax in the private living room, which offers comfortable seating and a welcoming ambiance.



Next to the main house, you'll find the charming guest house. This delightful space features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing a cozy retreat for your family or friends. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay, and the bathrooms offer all the necessities to meet your needs.



The guest house also boasts a full kitchen, allowing you to cook and dine at your leisure. After a day of exploring the area, you can unwind in the private living room, enjoying the company of your loved ones in a tranquil setting.



At the rear of the property, the two-story back house awaits you. This spacious and versatile home comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing a comfortable and accommodating environment for your group. The bedrooms are elegantly appointed to create a restful ambiance, while the bathrooms offer modern fixtures and amenities.



The two-story back house features a full kitchen, making it easy for you to prepare meals and snacks whenever you desire. The dining area provides an ideal space for shared meals and gatherings. Additionally, the private living room allows you to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.



Our property offers not one, but two hot tubs to enhance your relaxation experience. The first hot tub is nestled in the side yard of the main house, providing a secluded and inviting space for you to soak away your cares. The second hot tub is conveniently located beside the two-story back house, ensuring that both homes have access to this soothing amenity.



From the fully equipped kitchens to the private living rooms and dining areas, our three homes offer a variety of spaces to cater to your needs. And with two hot tubs available, you can enjoy the ultimate in relaxation during your stay. Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:



Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $195 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via the Happy guest link.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
