My place is conveniently located on the beachfront of the beautiful Itapuã Beach, a privileged area in the city of Vila Velha, Espírito Santo. Everything is within easy reach: shopping centres, pharmacies, restaurants, hospitals, etc. There are 8 km of boardwalk connecting Praia da Costa and Praia de Itaparica. Itapuã Beach is a feast for the eyes, both day and night, with its illuminated sands. Furthermore, guests have the privacy and security for their families, just like having their own backyard. The place... PLEASURE, Addison (Paxdella) - your host. My guests will feel very relaxed, happy, and have plenty of privacy in their own home at my place. Space. I offer a simple, cosy space, free from noises, sounds, or disturbances that could ruin your rest during your entire 24-hour stay. The furniture is functional, without luxury, well-maintained, basic, and necessary for the traveler's stay. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sea breeze; the bedrooms are well-ventilated, the bathrooms are well-ventilated, and the kitchen and service area have windows for ventilation. As the responsible owner and host, I will personally provide all information regarding the use of the interior space to the traveller, as well as the necessary information regarding the use of the areas that make up the garage patio, gates, entrance, and lifts of the building. Guest Access Travellers will have access to my space, which is private and exclusively for guests. Those who have been duly registered on VRBO.
If there are strangers, in addition to those who have not been previously authorised, they will not be welcome.
Vacant compartments, without actual use, will be closed.
Other observations
The travelling guest must follow the regulations and rules established in our residential building, such as avoiding loud noises inside the space, maintaining quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Keep the doors of the living room and kitchen of the space closed throughout your stay.
Keep the gates and entrance of the building used by you closed.
