Immaculate home with stylish new furniture where you can relax in a quiet family-friendly neighbourhood. It is close to the ATB Centre, U of L, and has quick access to downtown. Secure parking in the double-car garage and private parking in backyard. Free wifi with 55” smart tv’s in living areas and 43” smart tv’s in bedrooms. It is pet friendly, with approval, and has an outdoor dog run. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook. Relax by the fireplace or soak in the outside hot tub.
