Lovely apartment in a great location

This has been my favorite place to stay in Weimar. The apartment is close to the center of town but on a quiet street. It had all the amenities I needed and was clean with plenty of natural light. I would definitely stay here again.

July stay in Weimar

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this nice, comfortable apartment in Weimar. The location is perfect, a couple of minutes away from the city centre, which is very charming. The owner quickly responded to our messages and kindly pointed us in the direction of a free parking lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, alle wichtigen Punkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt alleine in Paterre in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Alles ist vorhanden und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf Sauberkeit wird geachtet. Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt; das unmittelbar gegenüber liegende Parkhaus kostet 25 am Tag.Wir können die Wohnung für einen Besuch der sehr sehenswerten Stadt Weimar empfehlen.

Wir bei jeder Immobilie zählt: "Lage. Lage. Lage und die Lage zur Stadt ist top.Tip top saubere FeWo mir sehr schönem, großen Bad.Wie in allen bisher bewohnten FeWo's immer die gleichen Mängel an dem Innenleben des Kühlschranks. Eisfachklappe defekt. Ablageschale in der Tür gerissen. Schranktüren in der Küche und im Schlafzimmer gehören eingestellt.Hätte das erledigt, hatte aber keine Werkzeug.Die Matratzen sollten zeitnah ersetzt werden. Die haben ausgeprägte Kuhlen, sind dadurch in die Breite gegangen und passen dadurch nicht mehr in den Bettkasten. Die hochstehenden Aussenränder lassen einem noch mehr in die Kuhle rollen.Genug gemeckert.Würde die FeWo wegen Lage, Sauberkeit und Ruhe wieder anmieten.

Die Lage war super zentral und es war alles sauber. Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: es wäre sehr schön wenn etwas mehr besteck da wären und auch das Klopapier ging uns relativ schnell aus. Aber wir würden gerne wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder Urlaub in Weimar machen umd würden es auch weiterempfehlen.;)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nur 2 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Super fanden wir das gegenüber liegende Parkhaus, obwohl 25 € pro Tag nicht so billig ist. Das einzige war etwas störte war das wohl jemand von den vorigen Gästen in der Wohnung geraucht hat, aber da kann ja der Vermieter nichts für.

Zentrumsnahe saubere Top Wohnung

Direkt im Zentrum von Weimar, der Weihnachtsmarkt war nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, Bäcker auch schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und war wirklich alles da was man braucht, vlt. Könnte ein kleines scharfes Messer nachgelegt werden 😉 .

Gemütliche, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Fewo mit gemütlicher Wohnküche und großzügigem Bad (Badewanne!) sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Innenstadt und alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb weniger hundert Meter zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
